All prices shown are in Australian Dollars with postage being an additional cost unless otherwise stated.

Direct Deposit is also accepted..Please Email Us for Details.

Postage & Shipping
Any Australian order over $75 in goods will be sent registered mail via Australia Post. This cost will not be additional but paid by Stitches from the Bush.

Stitches from the Bush will post goods worldwide - via Australia Post. If you cannot see your country on our shipping list, please email, us and we will arrange shipping to your country.

Postage totals are calculated for you at time of checkout. If postage is overcharged we will Refund you back through PayPal.

Orders typically ship within 2-3 days

We will try to cut postage cost as much as we can by delivering in Flat Pack's...once your order gets Lumpy it gets sent as a Parcel...sorry but that is from Australia Post.

We select the most cost effective way of shipping your order to you, as it is the cheapest way we do not have tracking numbers for your parcels. We ship all orders in good faith and do not take any responsibility for parcels that become lost in the mail or held up in customs as both of these things are out of our control.

Do I need to open an account to purchase?
No, you do not need to open an account.

Refund Policies
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.

As a rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to us in the original condition, suitable for re-sale, with all the original packaging intact and within 21 days of purchase. If you have a problem or query please contact me to discuss.
